Terms of service
FlipSMP is not affiliated with or endorsed by Mojang Studios or Microsoft. By joining the server or buying in our store you accept these terms and our rules.
- Store purchases are digital goods for use on FlipSMP and are delivered automatically to the Minecraft account you enter. Please double-check the name.
- Payments are processed by Tebex Limited, who acts as the seller of record; Tebex's own checkout terms apply.
- Breaking the rules can lead to a ban. Purchases are not refunded for banned accounts.
- We may change, remove or rebalance in-game items, ranks and features at any time to keep the game fair.
- A chargeback or payment dispute leads to a permanent ban of the account.
- TO CHECK: refund / right-of-withdrawal wording for EU customers (Tebex provides templates).
Privacy
- On the server we store your Minecraft name, UUID, IP address (for bans and anti-cheat), chat messages and game data such as balances, homes and statistics.
- This website loads fonts from Google Fonts, player heads from mc-heads.net and the live player count from mcstatus.io. Your basket and Minecraft name are kept only in your own browser.
- Payments are handled entirely by Tebex – we never see your payment details.
- TO FILL IN: contact for privacy requests (usually the same as in the imprint).
